Faulty engine oil sensor????

Faulty engine oil sensor????
I pored 8.5 qts of mobile 1 0w40 oil last night (after draining what was left of the old oil) and after driving less than 10 miles I got yet another message about check engine oil....

Any has an idea what's going on? and if its the sensor, how to change it?

2007 E550, 2002 C32,2004 S430,2001 E320
w211 oil sensor
To remove the sensor, you have to remove the sub pan and then remove the sensor.
