Lowering problem

hi guys,

I lowered my E320 yesterday with HR spring and new Bilstein shocks absorbers.
The thing is that my car did not move a inch (front)it`s like before and, I know I have to let it sit for a week minimum but don`t you think guys that it should drop at least little bit?

I did everything right following the treats I read before, but I am very disappointed and it`s very far of what you guys have with the same method.

There is something to do with front struts or pad or something?

Thank you for your help

Lowering 1.5" all around should definitely be noticeable even before it settles. Did you check to see the H&R's were installed in the front?

thank you for your answer, yes the springs have been installed in the front I was there and saw the mechanics do it.

I really don`t know what to say, is there a possibility that it has been installed wrong?

There is the shocks absorber that i bought:

F4-BE3-A592-H1

They are comfort, there is a a difference in high between conform and touring? i measured then and my old are from the bottom of the spring 14 inches and the new one are 15.5 inches.

thank you for your time

I could be wrong but I don't think the shock/struts have anything to do with the height. That falls on the spring. I have Bilstein HD's and they didn't make a difference in height until I installed the H&R springs

+1. it should already be lowered without any type of settling.

High pressure vs. low pressure shocks will make a (sometimes drastic) difference in ride height. Found this out after swapping Koni FSD low pressure shocks onto a C6 Corvette which proceeded to slam it to the ground.
