I Need Help with Mercedes Benz CPO Please help

I was fortunate enough to get my parents an E-Class with a CPO warranty last year but this year the problems started. The car is still under manufactures warranty and it has been in the shop since January of this year. The local dealership has tried fixing it with no success. Mercedes Benz sent out a tech that couldn't get it going either. I have been in contact with MBUSA as well as the local dealer in NM talking to anyone that I can try to get a solution. They were responsive and then I hit a wall. Is there anyone who has been through this before? What are my outs on this problem? I have been paying on the car every month and now the warranty is coming to an end. Please if there is anyone out there to help or guide please let me know? Thank you in advance for any suggestions

What's wrong w/ the car? Been sitting at the dealer's shop for 6 months? I'm assuming they've given you a free loaner car for the past 6 months??? If not, talk to the service manager to get MB to pay you back the 6 months of payment. If you're getting a C class as a loaner, get them to pay you back the difference between a C-class and a E-class payments for the last 6 months. I would give them a couple of more weeks to fix the problems, or else they need to buy back the car.

That's right. Plus since the problem is on record during warranty and not fixed before your warranty is up, that problem would be still covered nonetheless.

If the car cannot be fixed properly within a reasonable amount of time, then you can also proceed to lemon the car. Check the NM lemon law.
