Transmission Hesitates!

Transmission Hesitates!
So when I drive on S mode....it feels soo sluggish...sometimes when I hit the gas hard it goes all the way up to 6000RPM and can't move until it goes back down to 1500RPM....When i put it in W mode....works just fine....suggestions?
