Aftermarket stereo?
Has anyone put in an aftermarket stereo replace the stock head unit? I may come into possession of a 2005 e500 w/o navi soon and am weighing out my options.
I'd like to get the OEM w/ navi from Ebay, but am put off by the ~1K price tag for OEM.
There are a ton of aftermarket options out there, but would hate to lose the steering wheel functionality too.
Any thoughts or advice?

Live with Audio 20. I have it in my CLK and my wife has the COMAND in the E350. Aftermarket GPS is easier to deal with, IMHO.

I took my wife's newer Garmin now that she has Comand. I thought I'd sell my own Nuvi but who'd buy it, with new ones so cheap?
