i was actually changing the right marker lamp. so as i was changing the bulb the wire just slipped out of my hand and it went inside the bumper now i dont know what to do and how to bring it out and attached to those markers....
do i have to like open the bumper because i cant even put my hand through that marker hole because there is a rebar which is blocking it so i dont know what to do ... or should i just jack the car up and try to get it through marker space from underneath the car..
thanks in advance for help

You might try fishing it out: get a flexile grab-claw tool ... AutoZone, Sears, Pep Boys, etc. ... and try grabbing the part using the flex tool. Here's a link to such a tool, just for illustration purposes:

i actually took it to this private mechanic and i told him to lift it up and then it was pretty easy to get the wire through the marker holes. i got this thing fixed for 10 lol..
