AC Blowing hot air... It is hot in here!!! Help

I have a 2003 E320 (211) Up to 3 days ago my AC was working perfectly. From one day to another it simply just stopped blowing cold air it just blows hot air. I noticed that the "AC/off" button was lit up, thinking that I might have accidentally pressed it Itried pushing it. All the button did was, blink a couple of times and went back on. I do not the hear the unit turn on in the engine area. Any ideas of what might be wrong?? Please Help!!

I have an E320, with the same issue. I had the "Christmas lights" on the AC module, and hot air. When my indy guy checked it out, everything was fine, freon was good, the module needed to be replaced.

You can get this off module ebay, and but the pull tool off ebay as well. Takes about 10-15 minutes to pull, take a loose, and put the new one in.

May or may not be operating unit most common cause, low refrigerant before purchasing a new unit check for stored DTC(s) with SDS and have system checked for leaks.

Good point, I had mine checked out to rule leaks out. In my case, it was the AC module.
