Service History Request
Hi
If anyone has access to the MB system for pulling vehicle service histories, can you please pull the service history for: WDBUH83J84X120931 and send me a PM.
I am thinking of buying this E500 wagon and would really like to know if this is a problem car or not.

Ask the service adviser nicely. If he refuses go to another dealer. When I purchased my car from private party I just went to my local MB dealer and asked them. The guy did it with a smile and a comment "We hope you will be our future customer!" and handed me 4 pages of recall work maintenance and repair history. I do most of the work myself but guess where I go when I need original part or something else...?
Did the same with my last VW Beetle TDI. VW does not maintain national database as MB so I had to go to several dealers until I hit the right one. The guy said "Well I am not supposed to do it but... " He handed me the pages and immediately received 20 bucks for beer... So that is how it goes.
