How to replace front speakers on E350

Anyone knows how to remove the front grill to replace a bad speaker without damaging the dashboard on E350 2006

Unclip cover in increments with wedge. Start towards windshield at 11 & 1 o’clock positions – be careful not to damage instrument panel, cover will simply lift up.
