39k Scheduled Maintenance
I have an '07 with 36,700miles on the car now, and I have to change the oil at 39k which happens to be when there is a maintenance interval in the owner's manual.
My question is... I'm still under warranty until 50k miles or another year, so would this 39k oil change be covered under my warranty (free?) like it was with my Audi?
I figured I would ask people first, before the dealership would try and charge me like a bull

GO to MBUSA, there you can download the maint schedule. 39K is transmission flush, and transfer case (4matic). Belts are checked at the service intervals and can be replaced when they show signs of cracking. There is no set time, some people might get 3 years and 100k out of a belt, while someone else might get 7 years and 60k. I think time has as much to do with belt lifespan as mileage.

You will pay for the maintenance. I figure if the dealer picked it up it would be figured in the cost of the car and some folks like to do their own maintenance.
