Bluetooth for 2003 E320
I have a 2003 E320 that I purchased used about 2 years ago. I am confused about Bluetooth - the vehicle has hands free functions in the radio and on the steering wheel but does not have Bluetooth or a dedicated phone in the center console. What do I need to purchase in order to have Blue Tooth connectivity in my vehicle?

Yeah, I bought it and used it for my 03 E500 (no Nav)...Worked with all 3 phones I had but could not pick up calls from steering wheel without "turning on" the phone feature in the Cars Firmware.
Ended up giving it to my wife for her 04 S430...worked with full compatibility through "Command".
