2003 E500 stalled when idled with AC on

2003 E500 stalled when idled with AC on
It happens when the AC is turned On almost Max, and is idled at intersections. My car stalled suddenly a couple of times this week and it would start in 10-30 minutes. THen it showed on console says "Engine Check" and next day it would clear the message> What could be the problems?
About a week ago, I put Fuel Injector Cleaner into my full gas tank. This problem happened when the tank is 1/2 full. I tried to fill it up, and the problem is still there.
Could it be the Idle control valve, fuel filter? Can it be done easily or I need a mechanic?

PS: My car has 123k miles on it.
