Bug in my rear tail light housing!

All,

I have a little dead bug in the driver's side read tail light housing. I noticed it tonight while drying my car after washing it.

It is in the clear portion when the back-up indicator light is.

Anyone know how to remove the housing, such as to change the bulb? I figure I can somehow shop vac it out or get a stick with some duct tape on it to remove the bug.

Thanks in advance,

- Bill -

The body should decompose in short order.

I had a wasp in mine when I bought the car 6 months ago. It drove me nuts. I eventually removed the housing and the wasp slid out easily. You have to peel back all the inner panels inside the trunk to get to 5 or 6 bolts and once removed, the housing slides out. It isn't a bad job.
