I just recently purchased a 2007 E350 that has started making a popping noise in the front passenger side. The dealership doesn't hear it and recommended replacing my front brakes. That was done and by the time I drove home, the noise was heard again. Doesn't matter if it is hot or cold, fast or slow, bumps or not, you can hear a popping noise. Any suggestions as to what it might be?

Check your ball joints or your lower control arm bushings. I bet you its one of those.
