Hi all, my local shop told me about 'Advanced German Technology' HID Kit when I told them I was interested in HIDs for my 2007 E350. I currently have halogens and want to upgrade. Has anyone heard of this brand? I tried to do some google searches but didn't find much. The guy I spoke with said their really good and in the last 1.5 years hes only had 2 bad sets. Are there any other brands that you guys recommend that is proven highly reliable? Overall, is it worth it to get aftermarket HIDs or will it just be a big pain in the long run? Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

I bet they didn't even register their name and you could start a business with that name yourself.

There is no reputable company that assembles HID "kits." And, that's what they are, just a collection of parts, no engineering content whatsoever.
