Anyone have a drawing of this off the E class service disk? I am curios as to what it is -- I have an idea but curiosity got the best of me?

The leaking ones are on M272 engines and your C32 engine is based on the M112.

It's actually on an W211 E class. Couple of leaks on the driveway and had her back at the dealer -- they replaced them on the left and right cyliner heads. Never heard of them before so wanted some information on it.
