MB has two invoice prices, the one everyone sees which is about 6% below sticker and actual invoice price which is about 12% below Sticker.

The actual 12% includes the 6% we all know about from the pricing sites and an additional 6% the dealer gets based on other factors but mainly customer satisfaction. Cust Sat includes - dealer sat, sales person sat, follow up, expalining the car, survey returns, etc.

They 'buy' this 6% from you (worth about 2500 - 3600 on an eclass) with: 'free' all season mats, key chains, shirts, etc.

That is why the sales person wants you to return the dealer survey and typically holds out these 'freebies' until you bring it back.

Apparently lots of deals out there based on recent posts. Good Luck
