MBrace/Road Side Assistance Towing Policy
Does anyone know what the Brace towing policy is? Thankfully I have not needed this but just in case I thought I should know... Would they tow the car to the nearest MB shop regardless of the mileage or does it only cover a part of the miles of the closest MB dealer happens to be far away?

I got a letter the other day from MB USA saying that if I serviced my car at an authorized MB dealer that they would provide free roadside assistance, to include towing my car to the nearest MB service center.

I thought the roadside assistance is included for the life of th ecar but I wanted to know for sure what the fineprint said about having the car towed to a MB facility in the event the car breaks down far away from home. I figures it is better to know now than when I'm in a bind

I'm not 100% sure but I know they will ONLY tow it to a MB dealer for free. If you try to get them to tow it to lets say your house or an indy shop, they'll charge you. Knowing that, I would assume they would send you you to the nearest MB dealer regardless of mileage.
