My dealer...
Hey all!
Here's the deal: Ordered my benz, the dealer found the one I wanted in some other state and ordered it to be delivered here. He said that I had to pick it up by the end of april because the bank fee increases in may. So I call him on 29th of april, leave a message, he doesn't return my call. I called a couple more times and finally reached him in the evening. Basically he said that the car will be delivered by the end of this week. Called him a couple of minutes later to ask about the bank fee and wether I should cancel the insurance (I had already added the car to my policy, because he said it was on the way and that I had to pick it up right away.) Basically the guy said he was on the phone and will return my call. Well, today's friday - no call from him.
Any idea what might be going on? Weird, it's like he's not interested in delivering it or something? What do you think I should do?

Had the same problem with my dealer as per an earlier post. When it was not resolved to my satisfaction, I walked in, requested my deposit back and told them it was because I was going to another dealer in a different town. Everything was sorted out there and then and now I get constant updates and service has improved drastically. They tend to think that they have you over a barrell and you are desperate for the car. Take your money and tell them toi stick it. There are many more dealers out there offering a bettter service. If the service stinks now imagine what it will be like when you have paid for your car.

Yeah, I know, that's what used to do before... But this one is close to my house and therefore convinient when it comes to service, also, they've got the car and if I walk away now, I'd have to order one and wait two-three months...
