Good Deal or Bad?

Just ordered an 04 E500 Sport for Oct. Delivery. Dealer agreed to $3,000 off MSRP. I know many folks are looking at invoice or below now on 03's, so I think this number seems fair on an ordered 04. I want to wait for Nav, so an 04 it has to be.

Has anyone done better yet?

what dealer? I am looking in the NY metro market also (E320 however). So 04 delivery in October is confirmed? I would get an 03, unless there is an E350, then I would wait for 04.

Used Carsdirect.com. They sent me to MB of Fairfield (CT.) All phone and email. Does anyone on the board have comments/experience with this dealership??

Several dealers have told me they can confirm Oct. delivery with Nav. No news on 350, but they have said that 4matic will happen by Oct. but there is a waiting list....
