Please help!
We are having a heck of a winter in the north east and last time it snowed the wife tried to be nice and clean up the car before I come home.
In doing so she used the wrong end of the brush to break the ice/snow, long story short the hood has a few scratches on it.

Can anyone recommend how I can fix this. In total I think maybe 6 scratches with the biggest being close to 6 inches.
I have a 2009 Pearl White E350, with sports package.
Thanks!

There are a few more that have to be removed but he wants me to bring the car in for a complete detailing to get them off.
He was kind enough to let me write down the name of the products he used in case I want to do it myself.
So he used a little bit of Meguiars Diamond cut compound and sprayed a small layer of Layout dye remover 606 on top of it and just swiped this on the hood and the scratches disappeared.
I'm not too familiar with these products, I did note that diamond cut is available on Amazon but layout dye is not, is there anything comparable that can be recommended by users here.
I was wondering if these would work..
Meguiar's G10307 Scratch X 2.0
My last option would be to take it back to the car wash and have him detail the complete car, which I am kind off trying to avoid since its only a handful of scratches and the rest of the car is fine.
Sounds like deadly stuff, actually removes paint.
