I want my Cell phone to work in my new E (voice dialing, addressbook, mute radio..) , but I don't want to be forced to buy the V60 for $BIGBUCKS.
I saw this on autospies http://www.imakenews.com/autospies/e...e000147662.cfm
Says we can use any bluetooth phone with a dealer installed option. My dealer is clueless about this (was there today to finalize my order). Does anyone have more info?

I have been following the Bluetooth compatibility question with great interest. While the article does not give mention to any of the Ericsson phones, i.e., T-68i, I have got to believe that it will work and that an adapter will be available.

I tried both the "Jarbra" and the "Plantronics" blue tooth solution. Niether worked with either my Moto or Kyocera phone with any level of reliability. Not sure why, and don't care.
Returned both.Make sure that you have written return period on anything like this.
But I am fed up with all the wires in the vehicle, GPS, Radar, phone, etc.
Alternate solutions are welcome.

I agree. I will be also looking into installed Rader solutions. I don't know if anyone's had a valantine installed, but that's my first choice. I currently have a passport installed in my 330cic it's soso
