Hd Radio
So browsing Ebay motors and came across a 09 E350.. sweet car but I'm most interested in the radio head unit...looks like HD radio/Nav and Sat.. probably along with Bluetooth and the ability to read mp3 DVDs/cd's. I've read a buncha posts on adding a new head unit to the car... but whats the bottom line if I drove into my local MB Dealer and told them I wanted that head unit in my 03 E500 .... would they laugh at me cuz it's not possible..
Is this possible? if so are we talking 2k or more? Was 09 the first year with that particular radio?

One guy on this forum did the swap... but he is a Mercedes service guy. It is not a direct swap by any means and requires removal of a bunch of electronic items, thus making you car a "1 off" vehicle, or Frankencar... and it cost him thousands.
