Feedback on wheels painted body color

Feedback on wheels painted body color
Curious on whether this would look good or bad. I've acquired a set of HRE 843R and considering painting the centers the same as the body color, Platinum Blue. Kinda like the old classic MBs that had hubcaps painted the same body color. The lips would be polished aluminum. Any opinions appreciated.

I wouldn't paint them. Those are gorgeous wheels that should just be left alone.
That said, theres a pic of a platinum blue W211 on here with paint matched wheels. I'll try to dig it up.
