Will a 07 rear bumer amg style fit a 2004 E500 class
oem part # is 2118854225, that is the part # that I got from the seller but I believe the real part is 2118854425. Can someone confirm that will fit? Another question is now I have the parktronic rear bumper, but the bumper that I'm trying to get does not have it, can I sjut switch the strips over to the replacement bumper? thanks and let me know.

The bumper strips will not transfer over to the 07+. You will have to drill holes and install the sensor bracket into place to accomodate your 04 parktronic sensors.

ok, thanks the mounting brackets will fit without any modifications
I've attached a picture with the bumper. In regards to the inserts for the parktronics, from the picture it looks like there are removable. Got rear-ended and I've decided to go with an AMG set up type.

Will the back clips work? The difference that I see is that the pre 07 bumpers have two mounting clips at the back and the 07 are single clips, talking about the clips above the exhaust cut outs, where it mounts?

Yes it's pretty much a plug and play swap. I have an E63 rear bumper on my w211 pre-face lift, and I basically removed the old bumper and installed the new one. I'm at work right now, but I'll get pics for you when I get home
