Keyless Go door entry problem
Now that my radio is fixed I am having a problem with the drivers door handle keyless go function. When I pull the door handle the car makes the beep sound and flashes the lights but doesnt unlock the door. If I pull one of the other door handles they work properly. It almost seems like its locking instead of unlocking the door. The handle was replaced about a year ago at the dealer but the car is no longer under warranty so its my problem now. any ideas?

Your going to have to visit the dealer at some point to have this problem rectified.

Did you ever get this one diagnosed/fixed. I have exactly the same problem and was curious as to what you found before I head for the dealer $$.

I went to the dealer (2007 e550) and they replaced the door handle.

My symptom was when I approached the locked car, the door would not unlock unless I pressed the 'unlock' on my key.

I changed mine myself. There's one screw to remove that you will see the hole for if you open the door and pull back the weather stripping by the door handle area. I have almost same problem. Sometimes when I pull driver's door handle it unlocks car, sometimes will not respond and I have either to pull any other door handle or use the unlock botton on the key.
Will keep you informed

Thats what happened with mine. Eventually it won't work at all. Best price I found for the handle was at bmwmercedesparts.com. $131.10 plus $8.50 for shipping
