Uprated H7 bulbs
New H7 bulbs part # A0009980007 are available (80% more light and 30% more road surface illumination for high beams) – recognized by their chrome-plated lamp cap and can install into all H7 halogen headlamps.

2008 E350 2013 Tahoe 2007 Mustang GT Conv.
Would these new bulbs be compatible for the lowbeams since they are the same as the highbeams. How do these new bulbs compare in price and performance to Sylvania's H7SU (Silverstar Ultras)?
