Finally done with my 07-09 conversion, my car is a 2005 E500 and here is everything i did

Front new Projector headlights, Front OEM 2009 bumper, back exhaust tips on my original back e500 bumper , new tail lights, new front grille, new side markers clear white, new bulbs blue luminics, new rims 20"... all this took me a whole month from finding parts and getting wrong parts, finally im done and would appreciate to see what everyone thinks of my new custom ride

for some reason right when you told me that i thought that the e500 was not offered after 2007.. I don't know why but now i know that they still do and i will change that back, Thanks for the input and it feels great to hear from others about the look .

what do you guys think of the side skirts? should i upgrade them also?

If you like it then thats all that matters. I believe in Europe they are still called E500s so the badge is no big deal. Any changes inside?

The inside i attempted and purchased the Dynavin Touch Command system but the plugs were all wrong, still waiting for a command system that is compatible with my unit, i believe my command unit is the ntg1 it only has the 2 plug ins, also installed all blue lights inside which is real nice when doors open at night other than that no but i would love to hear other options if available for upgrades interior wise.

What wax/polish's on your Nano clear coat? They look so blackish...Very nice!

LEDs works great all just plug n play. Will post pics soon. I'll wait for night lol

I used a 8 $ polish. Forgot the name but it's a black box right from autozone..

It's a no buff polish. Pretty easy you just put it all over the car with a sponge than let's it dry and go over with a microfber cloth and your done

My personal opinion is if you go with the large badge grill, you go with the lo profile hood emblem, but the car looks great man! I like those tail lights especially for the black car, I saw them but I have the pearlite grey and I dont think it would look as nice!

As you asked, I do like the front fender, lights and overall clean look, but don't like the grill and S-class style tail lights on this E. The Jury is out on the rims, more pics may help

You might want to check the chrome trim on the trunk, 2007s have a longer one. But I can see that youre not going for an exact conversion so you may have preferred this one

A) You cant get butt hurt when you asks for people opinions and they dont Agree with yours.

B) Yes "Ebay-ish" does make sense. It looks like you had an ebay shopping spree. And you like it. Hence your taste is "Ebay-ish".

Like I said everyone's opinion is different as for eBay I bought 1 item from there and it was the taillights. By the way eBay is a marketplace to purchase items that are available in any other website so saying I went ebayish does not make sense. These are available on most Mercedes websites

The headlights are a killer at night. I'll try to post some pics but I think it only would match black cars.
