Okay so seriously, maybe something from their "Mercedes merchandise store" or perhaps the Mercedes logo valve stems (make sure they are the plastic ones so they don't mind to the metal). If someone gave me $25 to spend I'd get the MB logo valve stems. They are subtle and add a nice touch IMHO.

A key chain, or a set of valve stem caps, 2 tire Nitrogen Fillup or a baseball cap.
