Replacing W211 BiXenon headlamp bulbs
Hi all,
Please would you'll give me some advice as to how I can change both inner and outer BiXenon headlamp bulbs. Also, what brand would be recommended?
Thanks

I meant, changing all the bulbs in the units (both left and right headlamps)
The larger lamps (outer) and the smaller (inner).
My light intensity can be described as feeble..at best.

I am by no means an expert on the BiXenon lights but if they are not burnt out then they are probably as good as a new bulb. I had Xenons on a 99 E300TD and they were fine after 10 years and 200K miles. The bulbs are over $100 each. How are the lenses on the light fixture-- If they are weathered then it could help to get a kit to restore them -- polish the haze off.

You can change the bulb with any other bulb in its size, usually this is done to change Kelvin, go from 4300k - 5000k and up.. when you change to these higher Kelvin bulbs they will not be brighter, actually they will be dimmer and have a blue-ish hint. Sizes are like DS1, DS2 for Philips, etc.
