P codes p2189 and p2187

Hey Guys I have a 2006 e 350 4 matic p codes p2189 ands p2187 says running lean at idle .I tried to look up in all data dose not show p code explenation ...any thoughts? Stephen

I am getting a code P2189 on my wife's 2006 E350.
