Wierd radio problem help! w211

Morning everyone. About two days ago. I went to start my car up to go out and get a haircut and the radio would not turn on.

The screen displays the "Mercedes Benz" logo for about 10 seconds and then it goes off.

Also on the info display in the dash it says "tel please wait" after I start the car then it just says "tel ---"

It happened randomly since before I parked the car like 2 hrs ago it was working fine.

I've searched and I hope I don't have to replavmce the agw. The SOS sound still comes out of the speakers. Any advice?

Also forgot to mention, I know the radio is getting juice. Because I can hear things moving around in there. My CD-ROM changer won't open and my tape deck won't eject however

This happened to me after hanging up from TeleAid. It appears they didnt send a complete signal to hang up. Mine reset after I shut the car off and turned it back on. It might be just a software update thats needed
