I have been seeing this a visit workshop message along with a battery symbol and not sure what's going on. Took the car to the autozone and they checked both the main battery and the auxiliary battery and told me that both batteries are good. They also connected something to the main battery and asked me to crank the car to get some amp reading as the car started.. and told me that its not the alternator either. I also got the code reader from them and hooked it up.. nothing shows up there either... so I am at a loss here... anyone got any thoughts or ideas or experienced similar situation?
thanks

If it isn't either one of the batteries or the alternator, it could be the AUX battery isolation relay. But you should see a reduced voltage gradually. The alternator could also work intermittently if it is about to fail (brushes etc.).

My car is due (95k miles) to replace both batteries, along with the alternator relatively soon, but at the same time, if the reoccurring Red Battery Warning is being thrown due to a relay, then this would make sense, because i believe these other parts should last closer to 140k miles, not closer to 100k miles...
