The BQ 6-46-xxxx numbers (without the B) are Mercedes part number listings and specify which head unit. Here are the numbers and their corresponding head unit: http://parts-planet.us/products.html...n=4944&maker=7
But not many online Mercedes parts websites will list them. Just email/call with your model/year and ask for a discount. Or just get it from NAVTEQ. In the end, the prices are very similar from all the dealers and OEM suppliers. Check eBay, too.
