W211 Steering Wheel Options?
Hi there,
I have a 2004 W211 E270CDI Elegance. However the buttons on the steering wheel have started to deteriate and look terrible.
Just wondering if its possible to just replace the buttons or do i have to replace the whole airbag and wheel? Seems a waste to buy a whole new airbag and wheel.
If i have to do this, can i install a 2008 Facelift Wheel and Airbag or am i limited to the Pre facelift style.

Yes, it's possible to replace just the buttons. Should be available at your stealership. My guess is about $300. A211 820 61 10 is the part no for a set, and you need your color code too.
It is also possible to replace the wheel and airbag with the facelift units.

Thanks for that mate, i just had a look on eBay and found a set of black Buttons for $80, so i purchased them.
I have blue interior but i hate the look of the blue wheel so i'm slowly changing over to black
