X-Pipe for V6 W211

Hi all,
Have any of you attempted to do a cat/resonator delete and X pipe conversion on a V6?
What would it sound like? Issues, if any?....and no, I cannot get a V8.

I never knew there was one available for this car. It would probably delete a catalytic converter as it does on other cars though. If its metered by an O2 sensor you'll have a CEL on. But they do free up some power.

Doesn't the resonator come after the cats?
Pardon my ignorance

Yes resonator will be after the cats, I have not had a real chance to look under the car but normally the X-pipe or Y-pipe (for FWD V6) normally has a 3rd cat on it to clean up any mess that the first 2 did not.
