How do these attach to the trunk? Screws or adhesives? If the later, how well does it hold up after car washes, rain, etc?

Edit, think I just answered my own question: http://www.jbspeed.com/servlet/the-3...211-e63/Detail Is this the same one, it uses 3M tape? Any chance of this damaging the paint? is the tape something that I can purchase easily if I ever need to replace it?
