OK so i have goten some sick black 19 inch racing rims and some dunlop tires.. after driving a bit they started to cup. not a smooth ride .. can actually hear a hellicopter in my car lol

so the tire place switched my rims and new tires on there.. back to factory 18 inch.. drive was smooth! now my tires are cupped again after 3k of highway driving miles! also my bushing in the front are done.. and need to be replaced so im wondering if my tire issue isnt from rims or tired.. but maybe shocks or struts?
