I have a bent drivers seat frame and others here have helped me to gather info and part #'s. A small mechanic shop said that my motor is also "probably" bad but I'm not so sure. A question to anyone that may know. My driver's seat motor works to move me up or down and it also reclines. The frame is bent on the right side track and when the seat makes an attempt to move back and forth from front to back the left side moves but not the right as it's bent (so it pivots). Are there two separate motors on the right and left side that work independently to move the seat from front to back? I can't tell entirely from a diagram I have. I'm trying to determine if my motor is also bad as I know of someone that has the correct frame but no motors with it. I'm thinking my motors may be fine and the bent frame is simply stopping the movement. It's a gamble for me to just buy the frame from this person I don't know but if there are not two independent motors for the left and right side then I think my motor is fine. Thoughts?
