Will 20 x 8.5" / 20 X 10.0 " Rear fit?

Will 20 x 8.5" / 20 X 10.0 " Rear fit?
Rims Size: 20 X 8.5" front 20 X 10.0" rear
Bolt Pattern: 5 X 112
Hub Size: 66.6
Lip Size:1.0" front 3.5" lip rear
Offset: 32 front / 32 rear
Anyone know if i will be able to fit these on a 2005 w211? Or do i need to make any modifications?
I dont have the adjustable hydralic system or any of that jazz.
Bolt Pattern: 5 X 112

I know 20's will fit in the front and rear since the 04 E500 I purchased used has them, BUT make note...you cannot use a tire size above 30 in the front, due to the suspension coming in contact with the surface of the tire.
a 30 profile tire allows enough clearance.
a 35 profile causes rubbing.
