rear defogger wont work.

As mentioned, check the fuse -- but this fuse (#A10, 40amp) is in the rear SAM relay unit (left side of trunk). There is also a noise suppresser capacitor that is in parallel with the defogger element -- if this shorts out, it will cause a short to ground of the circuit and blow that fuse. Also, check connections of the defogger element.

ok thanks for the suggeston .. but i tried it and it didnt fix the issue so i decided to bring it the "my guy" (indy mech) and he said that the contact line metal strip thing was cut or damaged when my vinyl was being installed... so he said i need a new rear windshield!!! yea ... im stressed..
