What bulbs are in the front of 03 e320?

What bulbs are in the front of 03 e320?
I know the low beams are h7s, but what are the lights next to the low beams? I see a little yellow bulb in there, what bulb do i need to buy to change that to 8500k like my low beams?
I dont know if my question makes sense...but theres 4 round light infront of my car, i want to replace the inner ones...i already replaced the outter ones with h7 bulbs.

High beam/ Running light?
If you are talking about the high beams they are also H7's and the little ones below it are your running lights which are 194's. Aznoptics on here has the Led's for the 194's that are either 5k or 8k for only $19 a set.
