06 e320CDI Cause for concern?

I changed my glow plugs today. #3 failed and thought its best just to replace all since winter is coming. Number 4 plug has me concerned. See the white residue on the plug, not sure how or why. The rest are all perfectly clean. Does anyone have any ideas? Could it be an antifreeze leak? Any thoughts or ideas appreciated. I need to get this looked at before CPO runs out. BTW, car has 91,000 miles on it. First time for glow plugs as far as I know.

An educated guess, . . . .the glow plug may have developed an internal short which caused it to overheat prior to burning out, . . .thus the white residue

Bob, I woke up last night thinking about this and also thought that it may have been arcing to head. This isnt the plug that failed, but it could still have had a short. Thanks for the input.
