TPMS works but shows "reactivate" message

I replaced all the sensors on my TPMS system and it reads accurately on all four wheels. Here's the odd thing- "Tire Press. Monitor Deactivated" still appears on the malfunction list, and manually reactivating the TPMS via the rest but doesn't dismiss the malfunction. If I shut the car down, the malfunction goes away and reads 'No Malfunctions'.

Could this be a very intermittent harness/antenna problem? Where are the sensor harnesses on the car?

Thanks!
