Airmatic knowledge - Does driving on ll cause your front end suspension more wear

will it cause your ball joints to go faster or is the front end made to take the stiffness of it.

I was just thinking about this last night... I would guess that stiffer ride = faster wear on ball joints, etc. But maybe the wear or difference is too small to measure for sure?

Anybody else?

This has been discussed before and I think the consensus was that it doesn't really matter.

But IDK

It could be just the opposite:

Stiffening the suspension might reduce the amount of movement per bump, and therefore wear the joints more slowly, assuming that the joints are strong enough to handle the extra stress, about which there is some doubt in other threads.

Im also having the same message sporadically, I have read about it and some times it can be related to battery level, other to a real sensor failure and others is just a mistake from the on board diagnostics, that usually doesnt even leave an historical error registered.

So if you go to the dealer they will say they dont see any error code registered. Mercedes says that some times is normal to get some messages on the dash board that are just a "mistake" and that you should not take serious...
