CEL--Code 0173

After service last week at the dealer on my E350, I got a Code 0173 today on my reader. Fuel Trim Malfuction (Right Bank). Any idea of what this means and what is involved?

Bad MAF or 0^2 sensor is my guess. You're not running oiled aftermarket air filters by any chance, are you?

What was it in for service for?

Thanks. No, running stock filters. I had the "regular" fancy oil change and inspection service, and replaced thermostat and rear brake pads. Also had oil leaking onto the exhaust which was fixed.
