Failed MOT for horn not working

Unhappy Failed MOT for horn not working

Hi Guy's (first post UK Member)
My e class W211-008 just failed its MOT test due to defective horn , anyone any idea where (A) the horns are located, (B) where the fuse is located and (C) which relay works horn. Any help greatly appreciated.

Vehicle is equipped with two horns, woofer part 0065420120 (#5 in diagram) & tweeter 0065420220 (20). Not certain if same for 220cdi but check f53b (15A) @ front SAM located in engine compartment @ firewall.

223.168 & 213.012 & 906.633 & 214.005
The fuse should be the same for a 220CDI and there should be a relay too, N10/kO or the "O" relay.

But the issue could be at the steering wheel.
