LED Brake light replacement?

Does anyone know where I can get the right and left LED Brake light module for a W211? Seems like both of the LED 's went out and now I am getting error messages. I took the rear lights apart and all the other bulbs are working except for the LED's. My last resort is going to ask the dealer. Has anyone ever changed just the LED's out or do I just have to buy a new assembly?

Thanks.

I think MB (their supplier) designed it that you would have to replace the whole (PCB) unit. LEDs have a much longer lifespan than regular bulbs and therefore they would make less money in spare part sales therefore. I've read that on different German speaking MB forums.
