All Diesel Fleet !1983 240d stick,2005 E320 CDI Midnight blue, 2005 E320 CDI, Desert Silver, Kubota
Same issue. I had supplied the wrong(Bosch) plugs to the MB dealer to install in my 05 CDI. Worked ok in the summer, but in the cold weather I noticed big problems. Thanks for the info. Had them changed to the Beru and it started on the first rotation at 8 degrees F JPM.

Look at your receipt, if it says Bosch 80036 on it, they are the wrong plugs. It should say Beru, with a part number of 001 159 51 01. You will find all the information on this site by doing search for Beru. You can do a search on the Beru part number and see the results.
