W211 difference in coil spring between avantguard sport pkg and the regular avantguar
I recently bought an 2009 w211 avantguard with sport pkg, i found out that the old owner cut down the coil springs to lower the car instead of using a sport replacement part for lowering this is causing a bummpy and hectic ride.
I have been asking around for OEM replacement and i found a couple of used coil springs for the same model but without the sport PKG. Are they the same my car has the ventilated brake disks and the works? I am told that they are the same but i want to make sure.
The MB dealer here doesn't have the parts but tells me that they will order them and that sort of BS and i know that i will be paying an arm and a leg for them if i go that road.
Can someone confirm if they are the same of they differ???
